Our boats are CE certified for up to 6 people and offer safety, comfort, and efficiency thanks to:

Security deposit on site: €350

• The rental fee for the above-mentioned period is agreed at €350.00. The full amount must be paid at the time of booking. This amount is considered a non-refundable deposit in accordance with Article 1385, paragraph 2 of the Italian Civil Code.
• If the renter fails to collect the boat on the agreed date, the contract will be considered automatically terminated and the owner will have the right to retain the amount paid as a deposit, without prejudice to any greater damages suffered in accordance with Article 1385, paragraph 2 of the Civil Code.
  The deposit will be refunded in the event of cancellation within 5 days. In case of bad weather, a voucher will be issued, valid for reuse within the current year, subject to availability.
• The renter and/or skipper agree to use the boat with the care of a responsible person, following the boat’s technical specifications, which will be explained by the owner at the time of handover. Examples include:
  a) Safe entry and exit from ports.
  b) Respecting the maximum capacity of 6 people on board.
  c) Complying with Italian laws and, if navigating in Swiss waters, the laws of the Swiss Confederation, as well as Port Authority regulations and the internal rules of Lake Maggiore, which the renter declares to know.
  d) Mooring the boat in a safe position and never leaving it unattended.
  e) Checking the weather forecast in the navigation area, more than once a day if necessary.
• The parties agree that the boat will be returned to Cantiere Nautico ANGERA YACHTING on the date and time agreed upon during the booking, no later than the scheduled return time.
• A late return fee of €80 per hour will apply for every hour of delay.
• This is without prejudice to any additional damages the owner may incur due to late return affecting the next rental.
• The renter is responsible for any port, mooring, and anchoring fees, as well as any administrative fines.
• In addition to the obligations stated in this agreement, the renter is responsible for any violation of this contract and agrees to indemnify the owner against any damages, loss of income, or third-party claims arising during the rental period.
