Vista Lago offers the TRIMARCHI 53 ENICA model for rent, registered as 6AK1024370YAMAHAF40H, named CAMM 1, with a maximum capacity of 6 people. The boat sails under the Italian flag.

Bookings are made online by selecting your preferred date and time. The rental period will begin and end according to the terms chosen at the time of booking.

The rental price is €350.00, to be paid in full at the time of booking. This amount serves as a non-refundable booking deposit (as per Italian Civil Code, Art. 1385, Paragraph 2).

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• Klarna (if available for installment payments)

If you cancel at least 5 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If you fail to show up on the day of the rental, the contract is considered automatically terminated, and the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of bad weather, a voucher will be issued, valid for one year, subject to availability.

The boat must be returned to the Cantiere Nautico Angera Yachting at the agreed date and time.
A late fee of €80 per hour will be charged for late returns, without prejudice to claims for greater damages.

On board you’ll find:

• 4 fenders (a charge will apply if lost)

• 2 mooring ropes (a charge will apply if lost)

You are required to:

• Navigate safely and in accordance with Italian laws (and Swiss laws if crossing into Swiss waters)

• Respect the maximum capacity of 6 people

• Never leave the boat unattended

• Regularly check weather conditions

• Moor the boat in a safe position

• Return the boat in good condition and on time

The renter (operator) is fully liable for any damage, fines, or contract violations, and must indemnify the owner (Vista Lago) from any third-party claims or financial losses.

Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Busto Arsizio (VA), Italy.
